Would like to meet with you about the camper we purchased from camping world a year ago . We have not had the privilege of even going camping one single time as of this day ! Because of issues with this camper .

We have a mutual customer, Preston Marsh. He purchased a fifth wheel trailer from you about a year ago. It has spent more than 6 month at your facility for repairs. The Marsh’s have tried to contact the General Manager and others to no avail. Their trailer has been sitting in their driveway for a while now with the stabilizer jacks in the down position. They have been told that they have to pay $500 for a tech to come out to have the jacks placed in the upright position to bring the trailer back for service. Would you reach out to them to assist with resolving this issue.
