1. None of the RV Parks in WA you suggest have pickleball on site or provide Good Sam info on any nearby pickleball, or even list pickleball as an offered recreation. You should only recommend RV Parks with pickleball on site.
2. In Southern California you missed the Sands RV and Golf Resort near Desert Hot Springs. It has 8 great separated courts on site, some of the best in the Valley. Also you missed in AZ the Pueblo El Mirage RV & golf resort with a couple dozen courts and a very organized Club with programs for matches for beginners and above. Or just drop in play is available too at certain times.
